30 Days to Self-Love & Somatic Grounding
With this program you will gain the fundamental skills to grow your own self-love. Learn to feel content with who you are, comfortable and grounded in your body.
Learn how to change your mindset and negative self-beliefs, to honour yourself as a loving being, and accept yourself.
Learn to use breath work and somatic body work to calm your nervous system and ground into who you truely are as a self-loving person.
The skills you will learn in this program can be used anytime in your life and enable you to keep your self-love burning brightly.
Program Details
Over 5 weeks I will work with you to teach you the fundamental practical skills for how to grow and maintain your own self-love. The 30 Days to Self-Love program includes:
5 weekly talk-based coaching sessions.
Daily text check-ins during the first week to support you to stay on track with the program.
Text check-ins after each coaching session.
With my guidance you will learn:
To identify and change your negative self-narratives and self-sabotaging beliefs.
To love yourself deeply inside and out.
A set of nervous system grounding skills you can use to deregulate your emotions and to free yourself from emotional stress and nervous tension.
To create your own personal alter to cultivate deep connections to yourself that are self-nurturing with reverence, compassion and gratitude.
Together we will identify your personal goals for how you want to move forward with your new skills of self-love, what you want to release, what you want to call in, and how you can integrate self-love and self-loving behaviours throughout your life.
