Team Building Workshops

My Team Building and Group Workshops are in-person, hands-on experiences where participants are facilitated to explore and share their tacit knowledge focussing on different themes while playing games and having discussions that create group cohesion and encourage meaningful interpersonal connections.

Choose a team building theme that suits your group or contact me to work out a program that best suits your needs. Themes include:

• Empathy & Inclusion: Take part in a group inclusion circle to explore and discuss what empathy means to each participant. Share new experiences and develop new connections through fun game play that will get everyone quickly bonding and laughing together! Before exploring and sharing our deep knowledge around inclusion using LEGO SERIOUS PLAY* and developing strategies for how your group can be more inclusive moving forward.

• Environment & Sustainability: Take part in a group sharing circle to explore and discuss what it means, to each participant, to live in connection with our environment. Share new experiences and develop new connections through fun game play that will get everyone quickly bonding and laughing together! Before exploring and sharing our deep knowledge around sustainability using LEGO SERIOUS PLAY* and developing strategies for how your group can be more sustainable in their workplace and community moving forward.

• Sensation Play & Relaxation: Take part in a welcome circle to get to know everyone in your group on a deeper level. Learn new somatic, breath work and embodiment techniques we can all tap into to help regulate your emotions and stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system. Before you dive into a guided experience to explore and delight your five senses in new and invigorating ways. This workshop involves guided work in pairs including non-sexual physical touch.

All materials provided for each workshop. You will provide the venue or space within your workplace located anywhere in the Perth metro area (Western Australia). Each workshop theme is offered as a half-day experience up to 4hrs including breaks and for group sizes up to 15 participants.

*LEGO SERIOUS PLAY is an open source modality developed to help create real-time strategy and explore tacit knowledge - the things we intuitively know, yet have difficulty expressing. Participants are guided in a formal process to answer ‘build questions’ by making models and using metaphoric stories to evoke meaning. The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY process enables participants to express their ideas, thoughts, values, and beliefs in different and surprising ways. Giving rise to opportunities for deep conversation, insightful exploration and meaningful self-reflection.
